What's true today
The link goes in the chat
Start the session in your browser and paste the join link into the Teams chat or meeting. Everyone joins from there. No account, no download.
The session runs beside the call
The team keeps the Teams call open and works through the steps in the browser: quiet contribution first, then one decision with one owner.
The recap goes back where the team is
When it ends, the manager pastes what was agreed back into the chat: the decision, the owner, the review date.
Reset how we work in Teams
If Teams itself is the problem, there is a session for that too: agree how the team uses channels, chats and meetings, and leave with working agreements and a review date.

Does it need Microsoft Copilot?
No. Sessions run in your browser and the team joins by link. Copilot is not involved.
Do my colleagues need accounts?
No. The person who runs the session has the account. Everyone they invite joins by link, contributes, and leaves nothing behind to manage.
What will the Teams app add?
The session inside the meeting itself, so nobody switches windows, and the recap posted back automatically. Until it is approved, the browser and a pasted link do the same job.
