Terms of service

You can use JourneyMap for free while it's in beta. In return, we'll occasionally ask for feedback, and you accept that the product may have rough edges, that features may change, and that planned maintenance windows may interrupt access.

You're responsible for keeping your account secure. We strongly recommend turning on 2FA or adding a passkey from Account settings. If you suspect your account has been compromised, email hello@journeymap.ai and we'll help.

Anything you create inside JourneyMap — canvases, journey maps, notes, transcripts, insights — belongs to you. We store it on your behalf to operate the service. We don't read your content except as needed to provide the AI features you trigger, debug an issue, or comply with law.

Don't use JourneyMap to harass others, infringe copyright, attempt to break security or rate limits, or upload anything you don't have the right to share. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that do.

The service is provided "as is" during beta. We're confident in it — that's why we're giving you access — but we can't make production-grade SLAs yet. We'll improve this language alongside moving the product to general availability.

We may update these terms during beta. If we make a material change, we'll notify you by email before it takes effect.
