Terms of service

JourneyMap is provided by People Work Life Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our"). These terms govern your use of the JourneyMap application and website. By creating an account or using JourneyMap, you agree to them.

You need an account to use JourneyMap. Give us accurate details when you sign up, and keep your credentials safe — if you suspect your account has been compromised, email hello@journeymap.ai straight away. Accounts are for one person; if your team needs several seats, invite colleagues into your workspace rather than sharing a login.

JourneyMap is available on a Free plan and a Pro plan, as described on journeymap.ai/#pricing. Pro is billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in your account settings; when you cancel, access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for. If we change prices, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email before the new price applies to you.

New Pro trials run for 14 days and don't require a card. If you don't add billing details before the trial ends, your account reverts automatically to the Free plan — nothing is charged without your say-so.

Anything you create inside JourneyMap — canvases, journey maps, notes, transcripts, insights — belongs to you. We only take the licence we need to store it, process it, and run the features you use. You can export your content at any time from within the app.

Don't use JourneyMap for anything unlawful, don't misuse the AI features (for example, trying to extract another workspace's data or overload the service), and don't attempt to breach the isolation between workspaces. We may suspend accounts that do.

JourneyMap's AI features — insight extraction, transcript analysis, and similar — produce assistive output, not verified fact. Check anything important before relying on it. Content you submit to these features is processed by our AI provider, Anthropic, to generate a result; Anthropic does not use your inputs to train its models.

We aim to keep JourneyMap available and make reasonable efforts to do so, including planned maintenance windows where needed. Beyond that, the service is provided "as is", without further warranty. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you in connection with JourneyMap is limited to the fees you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

You can close your account at any time by emailing hello@journeymap.ai — we'll delete it within 30 days. We can suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms; where practicable, we'll give you notice first.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. If a change is material, we'll notify you by email at least 14 days before it takes effect.
